Change

Brandon now lives in a bigger world than he did a couple of days ago.  I suppose that's a true statement for all of us...or I hope it is. 

Brandon loves school.  He loves his teacher, Mrs. Brabenec.  He loves recess.  He loves all the fun games they play and the stories they read.  And he likes Pheobe.  He likes her alot.  And she likes him too.  He wishes he could sit by her all the time.  She is so cute and so quiet.  Quieter than Paige.  She has long blonde hair with a blue clip that matches her blue shirt.  And Pheobe really likes him.  They eat lunch together and play together.  She didn't say she liked him, he just knows she does.  He likes her, she likes him.  They don't even know why, they just do.

Actually, on second thought, maybe his world just got smaller.

Thankfully, this kindergarten transition has been uneventful, with little to no drama.  The only person to cry was Claire.  "Me go to school with Ba-ba.  Me go to school with Ba-baaaaaa!"

And on the homefront things are much quieter in the morning.  It's amazing how much quieter.  In the morning.

I am proud of my little man.  Here's to a year full of growing and learning!
